Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you create an expert profile, we collect your name, email address, professional profile URL, areas of expertise, and the general decision categories you provide. We also record when and where the profile was submitted. This may include the page URL, referral source, campaign parameters, and a LinkedIn click identifier when present. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.

Business AI inquiries

When you request help with AI, we collect your name, work email, company, how you use AI, and what you want help with. Company website and additional context are optional. We record whether you requested a review, expert contact, or ongoing support. We also keep consent and campaign details so we can respond to the request, understand demand, and prevent abuse. Earlier versions of the form collected different information, including role, tools, usage, task descriptions, and who supports your AI work. These records are available to authorized Concord reviewers. Do not include confidential information or personal data about others.

Campaign details can be kept in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes so that navigation between our public pages does not lose the source of an inquiry. This does not store your form answers.

Company information and research

Customer information remains private by default. We do not use customer data for AI training without explicit permission. Any research participation is optional and governed by a separate agreement. Permissions and access needed for optimization work are agreed before the work begins.

Lab and data-partner inquiries

When you submit a partnership inquiry, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, organization type, areas of interest, timeline, and the capability information you choose to provide. We use it only to assess and respond to a potential partnership, prevent abuse, and maintain an internal inquiry record. Please do not include confidential data, credentials, dataset contents, or personal information about other people.

How we use information

We use profile information to understand your AI and business experience, consider you for relevant expert projects, contact you, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We use direct correspondence to answer questions. We do not sell personal information.

Decision Lab responses

Invited experts may complete fictional calibration cases, reconstruct decisions they directly participated in or observed, and validate sanitized episodes from another function. For reconstructions, we store only the expert's structured, de-identified text, workflow events, review outcomes, and provenance. We do not collect source documents, recordings, or raw incident transcripts. We keep identity and profile records separate from dataset records and exclude records after a verified withdrawal request.

Decision Lab is not intended to receive company names, customer names, personal names, product codenames, URLs, copied documents, exact account values, credentials, or other confidential or sensitive information. Client- and server-side checks reject common identifier patterns before storage, and Concord reviewers perform a separate privacy review before acceptance.

Application measurement and storage

We record limited first-party page views, application-button clicks, form starts, completed forms, unsuccessful attempts, interest in expert contact or ongoing support, and saved submissions so we can improve these flows. These events use a random browser-tab identifier, a form-attempt identifier, the audience or expert track, and campaign parameters when present. Form answers are not included in these events.

During the private pilot, application funnel measurement is first-party. We do not load advertising or analytics trackers on invitation, Decision Lab, or reviewer pages. Campaign parameters may be stored with an application so we can understand how an applicant found us, but they are not attached to case responses.

To protect the application form from abuse, we temporarily process technical request information and store a keyed one-way hash of the submitting IP address. The hosting service may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device information, and request logs.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to host and secure the site, store expert profiles, measure first-party form activity, and operate our business communications. If AI services assist internal scenario authoring, they receive synthetic scenario material rather than expert identities or raw expert responses by default. Authorized Concord reviewers can access profiles through a private reviewer view. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Retention and security

We generally retain unmatched expert profiles for up to 24 months so we can consider experts for future opportunities. We generally retain unanswered or inactive partnership inquiries for up to 24 months. Records connected to an active expert relationship may be kept for the relationship and any additional period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Decision Lab consent records include a policy version and retention date so that participation can be audited. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@cncrd.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and changes

Concord is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date here.
