Purpose of the site

Concord offers AI Optimization Reviews and agreed implementation and ongoing optimization support for companies already using AI, scoped partnerships with AI labs, and paid project opportunities for AI specialists and business experts. The site allows businesses to inquire and prospective experts to apply for a relevant track. It does not create an expert account or an employment, contractor, or agency relationship.

AI optimization engagements

A review request does not create a paid engagement. Review scope and cost are agreed before work begins. Implementation and ongoing pilot support require a separate agreed scope. Website examples illustrate possible improvements and do not guarantee results. Customer research participation and data permissions require a separate, explicit agreement.

Partnership inquiries

A partnership inquiry is exploratory and does not create a commercial commitment, exclusivity, data license, or confidentiality obligation. Do not submit proprietary dataset contents, credentials, or confidential information through the public form. Any pilot, evaluation, or data delivery requires a separate written agreement.

No guarantee of selection or work

Contacting Concord or completing an application does not guarantee selection, a pilot invitation, or paid work. Any future invitation will explain the relevant scope, format, timing, eligibility, and compensation, if any, before you choose whether to participate.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Decision Lab participation

A Decision Lab invitation describes the work scope, expected time, compensation, and permitted data uses before participation. Calibration cases are fictional. Lived-decision reconstructions must be de-identified before submission. Participants must not submit confidential, proprietary, customer-identifying, personal, account, payment-card, credential, or other sensitive information. Concord may reject or remove submissions that appear to contain prohibited material.

Policy-compliant completed work is eligible for the compensation fixed at acceptance even when a reviewer excludes the response from a research dataset. A reviewer may request repair when a response is incomplete or does not follow the case rules. Decision Lab tracks payout status but does not process payments through this website. During the founding pilot, Concord's operating target is to issue an approved external payment within seven days, provided the participant has supplied the required payment and tax information. Case acceptance does not create an employment, agency, or continuing-work relationship.

Intellectual property

The site, brand, design, and content are owned by Concord or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Concord disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
